رحلتنا بدأت في مطبخ بيت بجدة، وكبرت مع من شاركونا المائدة، حتى صار المخبز هو المطبخ.

بدأت الحكاية عام 2018 في مطبخ بيت في جدة مع ضحى. درست الفنون وتصميم الأزياء، فخبزت كما تصمّم: لونًا وملمسًا وهيئة. ومن المادلين على هيئة الأصداف وُلدت مرجانة جدة.

What began with flour, handmade madeleines and a family table grew through bazaars and gatherings. The shell became Marjana Jeddah, a chapter inspired by the Red Sea and made to be shared.

01 · THE HOME

من مطبخ العائلة تعلمنا الحرفة والصبر. في 2020 دخلت خميرة الساوردو إلى البيت، وبقيت معنا.

Recipes were tested around the family table. In 2020 a sourdough starter brought flour, water, salt and time into our daily craft.

02 · THE SEA

في 2023 حملت رحلة الذوّاقة ضيافتنا إلى البحر الأحمر؛ وصارت الذكريات جزءًا من كل مائدة.

Gourmet Voyage took our hospitality onto the Red Sea in Jeddah, where food became part of the place and the people around it.

03 · THE TABLE

في 2026 اجتمعت الخبرات في Farina Arena: مخبز وBistro عائلي، والمخبز فيه هو المطبخ.

At Farina Arena, bread and baked goods made in-house are the starting point for breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, pastries and more.

بدأت ضحى الحكاية في مطبخ البيت. صنعت المادلين على هيئة الأصداف، وحملت حسّها الفني من مرجانة إلى مائدة فارينا.

Doha's approach began with art and design, then found its expression in baking. Her shell shaped madeleines and the spirit of Marjana remain part of Farina's story.
